1. Sponsor

This giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Elevity LLC dba OnyxSkin, 7950 NW 53rd St, Miami, FL 33166, United States ("Sponsor"). Contact: contact@theonyxskin.com.

2. No purchase necessary

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, and of the United Kingdom, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible.

4. Giveaway period and drawings

The Giveaway period and the date of each drawing are announced on this page. Entries received during a Giveaway period are eligible for the drawing of that period only.

5. How to enter

With a purchase: each completed order of OnyxSkin Body Butter Cologne on theonyxskin.com automatically receives one (1) entry.

Without a purchase: complete the free entry form on this page with your full name, email and country/state of residence. Limit one (1) free entry per person per drawing. Free entries have the same chance of winning as entries received with a purchase.

Entries that are incomplete, automated or submitted in violation of these rules are void.

6. Prize

One (1) winner per drawing receives $500 (USD) of designer fragrance, provided as a fragrance purchase or gift card of Sponsor's choosing (approximate retail value: $500). No cash alternative except at Sponsor's discretion. The prize is not transferable. Any taxes are the winner's responsibility.

7. Winner selection and notification

The winner is selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winner is notified by email and must reply within seven (7) days, or an alternate winner may be selected.

8. Privacy

Information collected is used to administer the Giveaway, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Entering the Giveaway does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

9. General

Sponsor may cancel, modify or suspend the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure or any other factor impairs its integrity. By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final. This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta, Facebook, Instagram or any fragrance brand.
